Welcome to Coltishall Jaguars Training. Whether you’re chasing a PB, starting your running journey, or just looking for a friendly group to share the miles, we’ve got a session for you.

  When we meet:

  • Tuesday & Thursday evenings: 6:30 pm
  • Sunday mornings: 8:00 am for a longer, social run

Where we train:

  • Summer time most midweek sessions are in Coltishall
  • October to March: Tuesdays in Hoveton, Thursdays split between Norwich and North Walsham
  • Sundays usually start in Coltishall, with a monthly Norwich run, target Parkruns and occasional other trail runs at various locations.

 What to expect:

  • Sessions last just over an hour, including cool-down stretches
  • We alternate run nights and effort nights each week so everyone gets a mix—even if you can only make one session
  • Runners of all speeds are welcome—from sub-20-minute 5k runners to our run-walk group. You’ll always find someone to train with!
