East Coast 10K – 18 October 2015

541 runners and two wheelchair competitors were drawn to Gt Yarmouth for the annual race. Was the main attraction the free beer in the goody bag, the cash prizes, the chance to shake the Lady Mayoress’s hand or the flat fast course? Anyway, two Jags pocketed some cash – Ellie Bye was second lady and Ken Bowman was first male pensioner. Several PB s as follows but disappointment for Mel Porter who missed out by a couple of seconds. The Jags were led home by Andy Mulligan who was 12th overall. Several bottles of wine were also won by Jags in the post race raffle!
