Parkrun Round-Up: 28 June 2014

In total,  12 members took part in local Parkruns this week: 6 at Catton; 3 at Blickling; and 3 at Norwich.  James Lambert and Scott Shrubsall ran course bests in respective times of 22:11 and 22:49 at Blickling. Richard Bateson looks in good form for next week’s Lord Mayor’s 5k as he ran a new course best at Catton in 16:47. In the same venue, new members Alexandra Bland – in her first ever Parkrun – and Natalie Jenkins ran 23:47 and 31:28 respectively. We look forward to tracking your progress ladies! Members’ Results
