Grand East Anglia Run 10K
Three Jaguars travelled to the West Norfolk border to run GEAR 10K. The King’s Lynn town centre race sold out for the first time in its history with the 2100 limit reached a few hours before close of entry. Both Sze-Ming Cheung and James Lambert saw benefit in running the handicap 10K race as a fitness test the previous week, with Sze-Ming clocking a PB chip time of 38:25 (gold) and running 5 seconds shy of diamond standard – try a “little” harder next time, Sze-Ming! Meanwhile, James Lambert slashed 1:52 off his previous best and ran a chip time of 46:15 and earning him his first bronze standard for the distance. Not to be outdone, Alan Bushell crossed the finish in a gold standard chip time of 41:21 just 12 seconds off his PB set on the same course last year. Full Results
