Parkrun Round-Up: 3 May 2014

In total 12 members took part in local Parkruns this week: 3 at Catton; 4 at Blickling; 1 at Norwich; 2 at Gorleston and 2 at Fritton. Notably, Graham Cox, again, ran a personal best at Norwich Eaton Parkrun in a time of 22:56 (Gold) slashing off 34 seconds. That’s now two in a row and 3 PBs in his last 5 Norwich Parkruns. How low can you go Mr. Cox? A diamond (standard) will be Graham’s best friend very soon at this rate! Members’ Results
