Norwich & Gorleston Park Run

Good running conditions today served up two personal best times. At Norwich Eaton Park Run, Graham Cox ran his first for 2014 with a gold standard time of 23:40 and taking 16 seconds off his previous best. Meanwhile, Lawrence Wade at Gorleston Park Run, secured the men’s 40-44 age category record by running a diamond standard time of 17:25 and in doing so, gained his third personal best time for this year.
