Norwich Park Run 1st June

Matt Stone was on form again today running a p.b. and taking the club age record for 5k. His time of 17.51 put him 5th overall out of a field of  366 runners. Henry Neal also ran well to record a p.b. time of 29.21. Mini Jag Maggie Mayo took a minute off her previous time to run 30.30 closely followed by Shirley Wilcox who was running her first ever Park Run.  We all agreed that the best part was the coffee and cakes in the cafe aftewards.
