Race Round Up
On the 29th September at Norwich parkrun Sze-Ming Cheung achieved a new 5k pb of 19.05 (silver standard). The following day he and two other Jaguars, Steve Lawrence and Jeremy Lawrence ran the inaugral Ealing half marathon. Sze-Ming finished in1.27.49(Gold standard), Jeremy 1.42.36 (silver standard) and Steve 1.56.12.
On the 13th October Ben Letzer ran the Norfolk Coastal Ultra, an out and back course of 62 miles (!!) starting and finishing at Kelling Heath. Although billed as flat, the course contained many stretches of sand, shingle and off road trails. Ben finished the race 5th overall, from 71 finishers, in an amazing 9.59.06
On the 14th October David Egerton ran the Marriotts Way 10k in a time of 46.47 (silver) finishing 22nd overall.
