
We meet on Sunday mornings, plus Tuesday and Thursday evenings and locations vary from summer to winter.
Sunday mornings are always from Coltishall but Tuesday and Thursday evenings have to change in the winter months due to the lack of street lighting in the Coltishall area but we have managed to find good training locations at various venues allowing us to continue our sessions throughout the dark nights. All training is organised by runners with coaching ability. New and inexperienced runners are always welcome and we try to ensure they are looked after and guided through the early stages where good advice and help are essential.
Our ‘In Club Handicap’ runs throughout the year on Sunday mornings and the beach run from Winterton (9.30 a.m.) another Sunday gives both choice and variety.
