Norwich Parkrun is a free weekly 5k run taking place at Eaton Park, Norwich at 9 am every Saturday morning. To take part you must first register in the official website after which you can enter whichever of the races you like. The results are published on the website by the Saturday evening. The races are advertised as a training event and as they are not run by either UKA or ARC they do not count towards PBs or certificates, they are however an excellent way to guage your current fitness level. So far there have been 3 races, a number of Jaguars have taken part with some solid results.   Official Website
