Another great days results for the club saw Colin Robilliard, Jon Howe and Steve Niblett take first place in the men’s vet team prize, whilst Colin and Steve took first place in their individual categories. In finishing 7th over all Colin also took the club record for the distance. Paul Groves, Becky Durant and Jo West  continued their recent improvements, all recording personal best times and Mike King had his usual excellent run. Richard Collyer recorded a decent time despite blisters and suffering the after effects of his recent car crash. This race was well organised, friendly and took place on a reasonably flat, quiet course. Although the turnout for this years race was quite small it would definitely be a good race to consider for any members looking to do a 10 miler next year.
