It was a pleasure to run in the woods on such a lovley sunny day,what a difference from the past few weeks, let’s hope it lasts.  Mark Haynes was first home for the club followed by Darren Edridge, who missed out on a medal by 7 seconds, and Steve Bates.  They all ran  p.b.’s which bodes well for the coming season. It was Sarah and Ady Jay’s first outing to Shouldham  and both ran well and say they’ll be back next year for more punishment.  Dave and Brenda Hutcheon (1st over 55) were next in followed by Ali Haynes who was out  for a Sunday morning  training run.    Full Results   Picture
